These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Veol ("we," "us," or "our") at veol.ai. By creating an account or using our service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

Veol provides AI-powered video and image generation through web-based tools. Available models include Gemini Omni Flash, Veo 3.1, and Nano Banana 2. Generation capabilities, model availability, and output quality may change as we update the service.

2. Account Rules

  • You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • One person or entity may not maintain multiple free accounts.
  • You must provide accurate information during registration.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Credits and Payment

  • Veol uses a credit-based system. Each generation consumes credits based on model, resolution, and duration.
  • Credit costs are displayed before you submit a generation request.
  • Credits are purchased through subscription plans (monthly or yearly) or one-time credit packs.
  • Subscription credits are allocated at the start of each billing cycle and do not roll over to the next cycle unless stated otherwise.
  • One-time credit packs do not expire unless specified at purchase.
  • Prices are listed in USD and may be adjusted with advance notice.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Veol to:

  • Generate content that depicts minors in harmful, sexual, or exploitative contexts
  • Generate content that promotes violence, hatred, or discrimination
  • Create deepfakes or impersonate real individuals without their consent
  • Produce spam, phishing materials, or fraudulent content
  • Circumvent usage limits, abuse free credits, or exploit system vulnerabilities
  • Reverse-engineer, scrape, or redistribute the service or its outputs at scale
  • Violate any applicable law or regulation

We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate these rules without refund.

5. Generated Content

  • Ownership: You retain rights to the outputs generated from your inputs, subject to the AI model provider's terms.
  • No guarantee of uniqueness: AI models may produce similar outputs for similar inputs across different users.
  • No guarantee of accuracy: Generated content may contain errors, artifacts, or unintended elements. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before use.
  • License to us: You grant us a limited license to store and display your generations within your account and for service operation purposes (e.g., thumbnail rendering).

6. AI Model Limitations

  • AI models are provided by third-party providers (Google). Their availability, capabilities, and policies may change without notice from us.
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to any specific model.
  • Generation results depend on input quality, model behavior, and system load. We cannot guarantee specific output quality.
  • If a generation fails due to a system error, credits consumed may be refunded to your balance at our discretion.

7. Intellectual Property

  • The Veol name, logo, and website design are our property.
  • You may not use our branding without written permission.
  • We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe content on our platform infringes your rights, contact us at support@veol.ai.

8. Service Availability

  • We aim for high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime.
  • We may perform maintenance, updates, or changes that temporarily affect service access.
  • We are not liable for losses caused by service interruptions.

9. Termination

  • You may close your account at any time through account settings or by contacting support.
  • We may suspend or terminate your account for Terms violations, extended inactivity, or at our discretion with reasonable notice.
  • Upon termination, your generation history and unused credits will be deleted after 30 days.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Veol is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
  • Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on our website at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation first. If unresolved, disputes will be submitted to binding arbitration.
